Coconut, Pineapple and Macadamia Scones Recipe

These scones give the flavor of coconut and the taste of pineapple

Ingredients
1. Original Bisquick (2 1/2c)
2. firm butter or margarine (1/4c)
3. flaked coconut (1/2c)
4. whipping cream (1/4c)
5. egg (1)
6. pine apple well drained (1can)
7. chopped macadamia nuts (1/2c)
8. sugar (1/4c)

Method of preparation
1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take a cookie sheet, spray it with cooking spray.

2. Take a bowl. Mix Bisquick and sugar in it and then add butter in it. Mix it with blender or crisscrossing of two knives. Mix it until it gets crumbly. Make the dough of this mixture.

3. Take a cookie sheet and pat the dough on it in 10×7-inch rectangular form but do not separate the rectangles. If desired, Spread flaked coconuts and sugar on it.

4. Bake it in oven for 12 to 15 minutes until get golden brown. Now separate it carefully. Serve warm.
