Bacon And Potato Scones Recipe

Enjoy these bacon and potato scones with hot tea or coffee

Ingredients
1. Cooked mashed potatoes (1c)
2. beaten eggs (1large)
3. all purpose flour (1/4c)
4. cooked, crispy and crumbled bacon (5strips)
5. salt (1/4tsp)
6. black pepper (1/8tsp.)

Method of preparation
1. Take a large bowl. Mix flour, mashed potatoes, bacon, pepper, salt and eggs in it. Mix it gently to form the dough of this mixture.

2. Take a frying pan. Use bacon drippings to coat the bottom of frying pan. Now heat the frying pan on medium heat and then measure 1/4 cup of dough, put it in the hot frying pan and fry the scones for about 3 to 4 minutes or until it gets golden brown. Drain the scones on the paper towel and serve it warm.
