This microwave dish is very easy to make and contains cheese and bacons.

Ingredients:-
1. Bisquick baking mix (1 1/2 c)
2. Maple flavored syrup (1/4 c)
3. Shredded Cheddar cheese (1/2 c)
4. Eggs (2)
5. Milk (3/4 c)
6. Sugar (1 tbsp.)
7. Slices bacon, crisply cooked and Crumbled (1/2 lb.)
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese (1 c)

Method Of Preparation:-

1. Firstly grease and flour microwavable pie plate of 10 X 1
1/2″.

2. Blend baking mix, cheese (1/2 c), milk, sugar, eggs and syrup well. Pour into pie plate.

3. Microwave it on high, rotating pie plate every 2 minutes. Bake for 5-8 minutes.

4. Sprinkle it with 1 cup shredded cheese and bacon. Microwave uncovered until cheese is just melted only for 1-2 minutes. Serve with maple flavored syrup.
