These cheesy sausage muffins contains pork, eggs, cheese and onions.

Ingredients:-
1. Bisquick (1 c)
2. Milk (2/3 c)
3. Eggs (lightly beaten 2 large)
4. Ground Pork Sausage (cooked and drained 1/4 lb)
5. Cheddar Cheese – shredded (1/2 c)
6. Cream Cheese (cubed 3 oz)
7. Green Onions – chopped (1/4 c)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl and combine the pork, cheese and Bisquick in it. Mix well. Now combine eggs and milk stirring they are until they are well moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans and fill just about 3/4 full.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Remove it from pan immediately.
