Bisquick Blueberry Muffins Recipe

These muffins can be made in a short period of time and are easy to make

Ingredients
1. Bisquick baking mix (2c.)
2. vegetable oil (2tbsp.)
3. blueberry (3/4c.)
4. milk (2/3c.)
5. sugar (1/3c.)
6. egg (1)

Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take 12 medium size muffin cups and grease the cups. Take a bowl, beat egg in it and add Bisquick, milk, sugar and oil in it. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form batter.

2. Now add blueberries in the batter. Put this batter in 12 muffin cups and then bake in an oven for about 15-18 minutes until it gets golden brown or until the knife inserted in it comes out clean. Remove the muffins from the cups and serve it.

Number of servings 12 muffins.

  1. I absolutely love this recipe! My kids ask me to make these often. Freeze well, too!

  2. Made a batch for the family and they all loved it. My mother asked how to make them after attempting to make it on her own. Freshest homemade tasting blueberry muffins I have ever had! I actually added 1/2 tspn of vanilla extract and then once batter is in 12 cupcake pan, sprinkle sugar on the top. Gives it that extract sweetness and makes it look pretty!
