Spicy Chili With Sour Cream Dumplings Recipe

1. Bisquick (1 ¼)
2. milk (1/4c)
3. sour cream (1/4c)
4. chopped and undrained green chili peppers (4 ounces)
5. tomato sauce (15 ounces)
6. undrained kidney beans (15 ½ ounces)
7. tomatoes, stewed undrained (16 ounces)
8. black peppers (1/4tsp)
9. salt (1/2tsp)
10. sugar (1tsp)
11. chili powder (2tsp)
12. crushed garlic (2cloves)
13. chopped onion (1c)
14. ground beef (1 pound)
Method of preparation:-
1. In a Dutch oven of 4-quarter, cook onion, garlic and ground beef by stirring it until the beef changes to brown in color.
2. Mix sugar, chili powder, pepper, salt, kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, green chilies and tomato sauce in it. Cook it until it starts boiling by stirring it constantly. Now turn down the heat to low, cover it and keep it to simmer for about 1 hour by stirring it irregularly.
3. Take a bowl of medium size, mix milk and sour cream in it until it gets smooth. Add bisquick baking mix in it and mix it to form soft dough. Drop the 6 spoonfuls of dough into the mixture of hot chilies.
4. Cook it uncovered for about 10 minutes over low heat. Cover it and cook it for more 10 minutes. Now spicy chili with our cream dumpling is ready. Dust the snipped parsley on top according to your desire.
