Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1. Original Bisquick (1/2 c.)
2. sugar (1 c.)
3. cream cheese (16 ounces)
4. vanilla (2 tsp.)
5. milk (3/4 c.)
6. eggs (2)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a pie plate of 9 inches and grease it.
2. Take a blender, put Bisquick mix, vanilla, milk, sugar and eggs in it. Cover it and blend it on high speed for about fifteen seconds. Now, add cream cheese and again blend it for two minutes.
3. Pour this mixture on pie plate. Bake it for about 40-45 minutes until the wooden pick inserted in the center of it comes out clean. Cool it and keep it in refrigerator.
For topping
If desired, take 1 cup of sour cream two tablespoons of vanilla and two tablespoon of sugar. Mix it and spread it over the top of completely cooked cheese cake. Serve it with fruits.
