These are great cookies with chocolate and oatmeal.

Ingredients:
1. Original bisquick (2 1/2cup)
2. candy coated chocolate (1cup)
3. brown sugar (1 1/4cups)
4. eggs (2)
5. raisins (1/2cup)
6. shortening (1/2cup)
7. chopped nuts (1/2cup)
8. quick cooking oat (1cup)
9. granulated sugar (1cup)

Method of preparation:
1. First of all heat oven to 375 degrees F. Take a large bowl. Beat eggs, brown sugar and shorting with the help of spoon or electric mixer on medium speed. Mix the remaining ingredients in it.

2. Take an ungreased cookie sheet. Put the dough with spoon about 2 inches apart. Flatten it with glass bottom about 1/2 inch of thickness. Dip these in granulated sugar.

3. Bake for 10-15 minutes until it gets light brown. Remove from the cookie sheet and keep it for cooling. After cooling store the cookies in air-tight container. Serve these cookies with tea or coffee.
