Peach Berry Granola Cobbler Recipe

This cobbler can be served as a dessert or breakfast.

Ingredients:
1. Small peaches cut into thin slices (3peaches)
2. granola (1cup)
3. old fashioned oatmeal (1cup)
4. almond milk (2cups)
5. splenda (4tsp.)
6. country crock, melted (3tsp)
7. frozen mixed berries (1/2 bag)

Method of preparation:
1. First of all heat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a bowl. Prepare the oatmeal mixture by adding splenda, oatmeal and country crock melted. Now spread this mixture in bottom of a square baking dish with lid. Now mix berries and peaches together. Put this mixture onto the oatmeal mixture.

2. Now take 2cup of almond milk and pour it on berries and oatmeal mixture. Use granola for topping the mixture. Cover the dish with a lid and bake at 350 degrees for 40 -45 minutes. When the cobbler gets ready divide it into sections. It can be eaten as a breakfast item with vanilla or it can be serve as a dessert with an ice-cream.
