Apricot Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients:
1. Apricot halves (1can)
2. bisquick (1cup)
3. butter softened (1tbsp.)
4. milk (1/3 cup)
5. nutmeg (1/4tsp.)
6. brown sugar (1tbsp.)
7. ice-cream for serving
Method of preparation:
1. First of all heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a bowl. Mix bisquick, milk, nutmeg, brown sugar and butter in it. Mix it thoroughly with a fork or a blender to make a batter.
2. Now take an ungreased pan. Spread the batter in a 9 inch pie plate. Now pour apricot with syrup over the batter. Bake it at 400 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes. When the cobbler gets ready then serve it warm with ice-cream.
Serving 4 to 6 servings.
